Dash diet
It is estimated, that on hypertension suffers about 25 per cent of human’s population. It is very popular civilization disease. Of course, the latter group had the best results. Later the scientist proved that people who eat less salt have lower blood pressure. Their research showed, that people who eat more vegetables, less fat and sodium (which is the main factor providing to hypertension) and often do physical exercises have lower tension that the others. The DASH diet is recommended by The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (one of the National Institutes of Health, of the US Department of Health and Human Services).
The main issue is to eat specific servings of groups of food, for example only seven to eight small servings of cereal or bread (both of those are carbohydrates) according to the dash diet food pyramid. For many people it could be hard to deal with it, but the advantage is that many people lose their weight complying with this dash diet plan. Also the dash diet recipes are not as difficult as some may think – you do not have to be a professional cook to do them.
